Puppy Has a New Friend

When Evie turned one, we gave her a stuffed Puppy dog.  She loved him.  (I know the pictures are fuzzy, but I couldn't find the originals and just took a picture of them in her baby book.)

She loved that little guy.

And then last week, Ryan adopted him as his own.

 It's his new sleeping buddy.
And he likes to bring him along wherever we go.

He's one of the kid's stuffed animals that I don't have the heart to give away. So I'm glad Puppy has a new friend.

TOP 5

1. Evie having a break though in swimming and realizing she can swim.  There might be hope for her after all.
2. Signing the kids and myself up for the Summer Movie program.  I paid a total of $32 for the four of us to see 11 movies at the theater throughout the summer.  And they are recent movies that we haven't seen.  I think I'm the most excited of them all.  :)
3. Tortillas that you cook yourself.  Much better than regular packaged ones.
4.  Chopped All-Stars.
5. News that an older friend of mine in her 40's is engaged.  I'm so happy for her.  She's the best!

BOTTOM 5

1. Several families in our ward are moving.  Hopefully we get new families soon.  Most of us all ready have 2 callings.
2. Afternoon thunderstorms.  I wish they would blow through in the morning and then the sun could come out for the rest of the day.
3. Forgetting about a carton of strawberries.  They were mushy by the time I remembered them.
4.  Kids pants.  I feel like it takes only a month to get a hole in them.   I think they all should have reinforced knees.
5.  Rock Springs' lack of restaurants.  You can only eat Cafe Rio so many times.
