New Award System

Our family has a new award system that Stewie developed about a week ago.  No body knew it was coming.  One day Stewie just started awarding family members with stars and trophies. (Trophies we've determined are more valuable, since he doesn't give them out as freely.)  As far as we know the awards appear to be completely random.  Here are a few reasons some of us have been awarded with stars/trophies.

Evie- Finding a match in the game "Memory".
Me- Whispering while Stewie was trying to go to asleep. (Apparently, Stewart and Evie were being loud and they lost stars.)
Stewart- Just sitting next to Stewie while he watched T.V.

Ryan- Being a happy kid when we picked Evie up from school.

Stewie also has thrown in "Baby Bowsers" that take away stars and trophies.  I have not had a Baby Bowser attack yet, but Stewart got one while he was quietly eating his dinner.  He lost 5 stars and 2 trophies with that hit.  (Even if he didn't deserve it, Evie and I were thrilled.)

We've all become a little competitive to see who can get the most stars and trophies.  Here are our current standings:

Evie- 53 Stars  8 Trophies
Stewart- 23 Stars 2 Trophies
Ryan- 6 Stars  0 Trophies
Me- 44 Stars  15 Trophies

I'm not sure how long it will last, but it's entertaining in the mean time.

TOP 5
1.  Thinking I was going to have to wait forever to get a copy of "Insurgent" through the library.  I was 6th in the queue.  I got it a couple of days after it was released.  (Loved It!)
2. Kat going home on Survivor.  She was too annoying for me.
3. Canon's baby blessing. It's always fun to see family.
4. Making treasure hunts for the kids and coming up with some clever clues, if I don't say so myself.
5. Teasing the kids about something and Stew getting very serious and saying, "You're not teasing Mom.  You didn't say ' Na .. Na.. Na Na.. Na.' afterwards. "

BOTTOM 5
1. A teenage kid deciding he needed to play his guitar and sing love songs by himself directly below our window at 2 AM .  (To his credit, he did have a nice voice.)
2. Stewart going down to talk to the teenage kid about the guitar playing and he ended up talking to the kid for 15 minutes.  They were just chatting about bands and music etc.  I could still hear them. I just wanted to go to sleep.
3. Not being able to commit a name to memory of a girl in my ward.  I bump into her all the time.  I've looked up her name at least 7-8 times all ready and can never remember it when I need to.
4.  Ryan's teething again and he's definitely voicing his opinion about it.
5. Stewart's little brother, Sam, being in a manipulative relationship. We are currently in phase 2 of operation, " Help Sam See All The Red Flags".
