Evie had two little friends over to play with and one of them came and asked me if they could use some of Stewie's G.I. Joe guys as boyfriends for their princesses. (Boyfriends? Really?) I looked and looked and couldn't find them. So I told them sorry they'll have to play without boyfriends.
A few minutes later, from the other room, I overheard Alexia say, "Guys, I know what we can do! We can say a prayer to Heavenly Father and he'll helps us find them!" Then I heard her give the cutest prayer to find the G.I. Guys. And then I believe the words, "Oh Crap." came out of my mouth. I'm not going to lie, I didn't have much faith. I had all ready looked everywhere I thought they could be. But I knew we needed to find the guys, I didn't want the girls to think prayer doesn't work. So I began a mad search and lo and behold I found two of the three guys. Not enough for all of them, but the girls were still thrilled and so was I. Whew! Faith restored.
TOP 5
1. Ryan can hold his own bottle.2. Busting out the old game cube and playing video games with Stew and Evie.
3. Playing outside with chalk for a couple of hours. (And then it snowed the next day. Our weather is messed up.)
4. Baby Orajel
5. Sweet little notes that keep appearing on my pillow from Evie.
BOTTOM 5
1. Seeing my OBGYN at church. It was just weird, at least I don't have to see him for a long time. My poor friend at church just had her exam done by him a few days before.2. Abandoning two books this week when neither could hold my attention after 60 pages.
3. Formula burps right in my face.
4. Having to crack our windows at night because it's too hot in our house. Our heat hasn't come on yet this winter. I guess that's the one good thing about living above someone.
5. Pancakes, sometimes I just don't like making them. It takes forever to get through all the batter. I should really get a griddle.

I've had that same thing happen when my kids go to the Lord to find something. I instantly feel this amazing pressure to find whatever is lost. We always find it though!
