Sweet relief!

Yesterday, I was released from my calling as the 1st counselor in the primary presidency. And boy did the primary president turn up the crazy yesterday. (She didn’t know I was getting released so soon, the Bishopric had to keep it from her.) Let’s just say it was the most awkward, most uncomfortable 2 hours of primary I’ve ever attended. At least the president decided she would kind of talk to me by the end of the 2 hours. Although, it was only to ask me to stay on for a few more weeks. She seriously seemed shocked and put out when I told her no, and that it would be really weird for me and for the new counselor. So hooray I’m finished!
